Matt would respond in lightning speed with any questions I had, and many times the next day find out information he promised, even sooner than he previously stated. He remembered important items to the last detail (for example, from the inspection). Matt didn't have to, but called and scheduled several different contractors to meet us at the property, to get multiple different bids on work that needed to be done, so that I could get the best price. Matt gave honest, sound advice on the market and was 100% clear in everything happening (good or bad). His honesty was extremely refreshing throughout this process. Instead of being hungry for business, Matt seems hungry to do good business.
